A Brief History of Raymond James Consulting was founded in 1992 with the expressed goal of Building a Winning Team. By the end of 1995 the team had grown to over 150 professionals. At that time, RJC merged with Weston Brothers Software, and 20-person development firm. Weston Brothers Software was founded in 1986. RJC and WBSI operate under the name of Raymond James Consulting and have subsequently grown to include over 350 professionals in six offices; Denver, Dallas, Phoenix, Kansas City, and San Antonio. During 1996 RJC merged with Career Blazers, the combined entity produces over $400 Million in revenue.
