Leisure Bank – Consultants with more than 40 billable hours in a given week are given the opportunity to "bank" those hours for personal time off or are paid for this time in a regularly scheduled paycheck.

Training – All consultants are counseled in developing their careers. Training that will enable them to improve their existing skill set and acquire new skills based on emerging technologies is available through formal courses, special vendor seminars, internal training and self-study. Participation in professional memberships is also encouraged.

Certification Programs - Certifications in our various practices are supported, for which a consultant earns a bonus and recognition after the certification is earned.

Referral Bonuses – Employees are encouraged and rewarded for referring new clients, new business within an existing client and new employees to RJC.

Technical Skills Assessments – Consultants who participate in administering a technical evaluation to a prospective candidate will receive a monetary stipend for doing so. Your input in helping us to select quality candidates is not only warranted but appreciated.
